this guy, george vaccaro called to ask verizon to deal with a billing issue. it is amazing! it's 27 minutes long but oh the stench to behold as he tries to get charged the rate that he was quoted.
especially the part where the verizon representative says there is no such thing as 0.002 dollars. absolutely classic.
the most helpful comment made on his blog for explaining this issue to someone was to type into the google search engine:

to his credit, he remained more calm than i think i would have managed.
