My friend Michelle has just finished The Lighthouse Breakfast Cookbook. She and her husband Steven Bursey are the proprietors of the bed and breakfast at the Heceta Lighthouse in Yachats, Oregon.
The cookbook has a nice mix of history, photography and delicious looking recipes.
Consider buying the cookbook and if you haven’t ever been to the Heceta Head Lighthouse, maybe you should plan a trip to the Oregon coast.
