all i can say about the new version of visual studio 2005 is that microsoft would do well to take a little more time with their import scripts.
after converting forestpad to the new project format, if i try to run it, it crashes visual studio completely. it's absurd, frankly.
so, i try one thing, it crashes, another, it crashes again -- each time asking if it can send one hundred and seventy terabytes of information to microsoft so that they can supposedly fix the problem. since i want to see the problem solved, i am now uploading 947 trillion terabytes.
i am in a world of hurt right now.
at least this makes me laugh -- although, with the amount of information being transferred, i can't watch it right now.
